The agreement between iTech and SRS allows the latter to promote a range of products
and services from iTech in the Texas healthcare market. iTech offers several
products ranging from specific standard healthcare off-the-shelf formats and
solutions, that provide direct payer connectivity for web based claims processing
for providers, to electronic claims management and medical billing.

With SRS\'s strong project and account management capabilities, this partnership is
expected to capture larger and long-term accounts and projects.
